How this worked in practice
R/Engine · logistics and delivery
Identified a problem in daily courier work and defined a product workflow to replace a static map. Prioritized improvements from field observations and checked their effect on delivery time.
4 h+ without Route Engine → 1 h 30 min with the current version (−62.5%); a further −24% from July Beta to October Production (1:59 → 1:30). Used across five districts, tested on iPhone and Android.
X-BOT · community SaaS
Developed a commercial product from client requests: recurring needs became reusable features and additions.
50+ paying clients, ≈50 modules and 12 months of commercial support.
Game products · GTA V / X-CLUSIVE
Developed the independent X-CLUSIVE product: game updates, UX, monetization and feedback. Connected support and LiveOps with product priorities.
2 paid projects as PM. Independent X-CLUSIVE: 200K+ Steam accounts, peak 308 concurrent players.
