My experience

Coordinated 10+ contributors on two commercial GTA V projects, covering requirements, hiring, QA and releases. Grew my own X-CLUSIVE service to 200K+ Steam accounts and 308 peak concurrent players.

Turned requests from 50+ paying clients of X-BOT into product features. Built and tested Route Engine during real delivery shifts, with a 4 h+ baseline without Route Engine and a best recorded 1 h 30 min with the current version (−62.5%).

DECISION: Identified shared workflows, defined requirements and turned them into configurable modules. Validated updates and supported the product after release.
OUTCOME: ≈50 modules · returning customers and repeat sales · around 12 months of commercial support.

WINDOWS .EXE + WEB APP · 2026

PC inspection → report → case review.

TASK: Connect artifact collection on a PC with understandable review and access management in a web panel.
DECISION: Designed the shared Desktop/Web workflow and requirements for reports, roles and licensing. Personally validated scenarios and release acceptance.
OUTCOME: 71 completed checks · 4 external user PCs belonging to different people.

ROUTE ENGINE · MOBILE WEB APP · 2026

A working workflow → less time on a route.

TASK: Bring assignments, stop order, navigation and delivery confirmation into one mobile application.
DECISION: Designed the courier screen, voice guidance and progress recovery. Tested GPS, rerouting and route continuation during real shifts.
OUTCOME: 4 h+ without Route Engine → 1 h 30 min with the current version (−62.5%).
